Locked Solved "Data Corrupt!" Error on Save Games | POST HERE

There was asked for more videos, so I made two. The one that is 5:00 minutes long was made before The Siege of Paris, and the other one was made right after I downloaded the DLC.
I am playing on a PS5, using a disc. I hope this helps. -

@Ubi-Borealis Same problem in Francia. I tried to play Siege of Paris, but this error just keeps pup-up everywhere. This problem is so big and you keep asking for videos. Isn't it obvious? The game doesn't save the progress, at all. And it's everywhere!

@limelys I'm on Xbox Series X and I'm unable to load my most recent save. Not showing as Corrupt Files, but my most recent save was an auto save and it would allow me to start the loading process, switch to the black screen with load screen sound and then the game crashes and takes me back to dashboard. Last save I could load was mid-mission in Meath for Wrath of the Druids final mission, but dialogue won't work! All progress lost, unless Ubi deploy a fix

@Skuldrokk - Welcome to Discussions! Thank you for letting us know that you are also experiencing issues with your save games corrupting since TU 1.3.0. Could you please provide the following, as I previously requested?
- A video which shows:
- That you have TU 1.3.0 installed on your platform. You can check this in the right-hand corner of the main game menu.
- Your current saved games, showing all of the saves that have the "Data Corrupt!" error, as well as any saves that are unaffected. It's important to see the number of saves that are affected by this issue.
- Image(s) which show(s):
- Any specific error messages relating to your save game(s) that you receive aside from the "Data Corrupt!" marker on the save file(s) themselves.
@JustBlessed22 - Thank you for letting us know that for the moment you are unable to provide a video demonstrating the issue, and that it is Cloud Saves that currently work for you while the rest do not. @Ubi-Borealis already passed forward your recent comments and updated your report, so aside from the video, there is not much additional information that we need from you at the moment. We will update this thread as soon as we have any additional news to share with affected players pertaining to the investigation.

Could you possibly confirm whether you have played on PS5 the whole time, or if you first played the PS4 version of the game?

Could you please confirm whether this issue has just recently started since playing the expansion, or if it occurred beforehand, and also now in Francia as well? As you have pointed out yourself, the issue you are having does not seem to be the same as those described in this thread, as your saves are not corrupted but you are struggling to load into them. Hi, thanks for your assistance. The issue has only started for me since playing the Siege of Paris expansion and it only occurs in Francia. -
@ubi-woofer the issue start after i arrived in francia, in England the was no problem after the fist cinematic the game alerted me the it can not save the game

@daddyhodor I'm on PS5, and as soon as I reach a specific point in the 1st mission on Francia, the game tries to save, and can't.
As I arrive at the scouts camp, on horses with Toka, it says 'an error has just occured that is stopping your game from being saved.'
I already restarted the game as it suggests, it doesn't change anything.
Online or offline, auto or manual, nothing works. -

Hi, I've been reading several replies and I'm going to try to explain my problem in as much detail as possible, although the problem is very similar to most people's and I hope they will release a patch as soon as possible.
The corrupt save problem started when the wrath of the druids expansion came out, and since then it has been happening in all locations in the game, including France.
The problem specifically affects LOCAL saves, the cloud save works for me, which is why I'm still playing the game. In fact when I do a manual save on local it saves corrupted but it creates a correct manual save in the cloud.
The real problem is not whether it saves or not as the cloud save works, but every time the game tries to auto-save (you enter a new area, open a chest, talk to someone, complete a mission objective, every two minutes randomly...) and this is really annoying because a pop-up appears on the screen with the error, plus the name of missions and locations are cut off.
I provide some more specific information for the technical team's error control. It happens to me on the PS5 version updated from the physical PS4 version, in a game started on PS4 and migrated to PS5. I have tried loading and saving my game on the PS4 version and the save works correctly. I have also tried as I was told in a support ticket to switch between fidelity and performance mode and tried different combinations of settings but it was unsuccesful.
I understand that until they release a patch nothing is going to be fixed but I hope this information is useful. -

Same problem, same place. Starts after landing longboat, then traveling on the horses.

Ps5 After 1.3.0 update i get a continual corrupt save message. Ive restarde and followed all previous instructions. Reinstalled game after clearing ps5 cache. It happens continuously during game play. This never happened prior to last update. All geographic areas both auto and manual saves both local and cloud. No response on submitted support tickets

Im having my corrupt happen same way. However my game has only been on the ps5. I literally only own the ps5 disc version or the game so not sure why it would happen to me
Samething minute i get off the boat. Sometimes i make it ip the hill. Was excited to play paris too =/
So gusss nothing ps5 users can do? -
Please help ive ran out of options just purchase plus and i been trying to upload my ps4 saves data to cloud storage from my ps5 but it says data corrupt and it wont let me upload it it ask me to restart and i did but still the same problem it wont let me ulpload it to cloud this is the same for all my ps4 saves data please help and thanks in advance sorry if its already been discuss again thanks in advance also i cant access my saves ps4 data in cloud is there a fix
