Since yesterday I have had a notification mentioning “ data corrupt” 

I am unable to load my yesterday game!!!!!!! The game itself is loading a very old save that I made, like 4 weeks ago!

I have lost everything from my inventory that I aquired during that period!

What is more I have completed the river raids and even that it’s lost!

Is there is any way to get back all my progress??

I've also had the data corrupt error a lot if your not paying attention. Both manual and auto saves. Easily lost over 50 hours of gameplay. This was on xbox one the digital version.

Data corrupt ps4 slim. Close application and remove disc. Latest update. Just left norway for england and got out of animus. Just crashes with corrupted error when Layla gets back into the animus. Alright. Looks like I have to wait a few months before playing this game...

Hello, I have personal saves ranging up to 11 Manual saves and autosaves etc. with 18H of progress, after updating the game no matter if I get and older version of these files or retry putting them in or reinstalling the game again all my saves say Data corrupted 1970. I am devastated cause I don't know how or why this could've happened, I saved when I needed to but didn't spam it and all of them went through without power losses or anything to that sort, I can attach a few of my saves but I would really appreciate your help as my save was very unique and there's no similar ones online.

Same here, saves keep getting corrupted and keep getting a message pooping up saying I have to restart the game to be able to save the game.

@tr4iningdummy Not at all true. Every time I go back into the game, my save is still corrupted.

I've noticed a trigger for this. Every time I load into the game and speak to Eydis to summon my Jomsviking, it's appearance apparently always resets to default when closing or reloading the game. If I change the appearance at all, put some armor and weapons on the Jomsviking, upon exiting that menu is when I get a message about not being able to save until I restart the game. It happens 100% of the time after altering my Jomsvikings appearance. However, if I just speak with Eydis and do not summon my Jomsviking at all, I don't get the save issue. Jomsvikings are breaking the game, or at least mine is. Note, this has also happened to me in multiple other instances and outside of Ravensthorpe, this is just one surefire way to cause the save issue that I've found.

I had some corrupted save files before but never noticed what caused it and never got the message that something is corrupted until I saw the file in the menu corrupted. Now every time I talk to change the jomsvikinger appearance I get the corrupt save file message please close game.

I will see if the dlc is not broken too much and I might some screenshots of the corrupt message and file in menu.

I'm currently having an issue where I get a notification that my game cannot save and that my current save file is corrupt. I am able to close the game and start from a previous auto save that is not corrupt.
I have noticed that I can play 99.9% game and save without issues, but for some reason after changing the gear on my Jomsviking is what seems to corrupt my file. I thought it might be an issue that I put DLC gear on him, but I tried base game armor too and it still gave me the error when trying to save.

I can re-create the issue too. No matter when I come back if I change things on my jomsviking it creates a corrupt save.

also started getting this bug and as others have suggested. It seems to happen after changing the Jomsviking appearance. Which also changes back to default after every reload.

when I start the game I just click on continue. When I save the game I do a manual save.

• If you are offline, are the saves back when playing online? See above
• Does this only happen when changing the gear on your Jomsviking? Or has it happened after other activities? Only seems to happen when changing the gear on the Jomsviking
• Can you quit the game fully and click "continue" instead of "load" to resume progress? I can exit and continue, but my previous game data still says corrupted
• Do you usually rely on Manual Saves or Autosaves? Manual usually
• Have you encountered any crashes in-game that has caused your save to become corrupted? No
• How many save files are showing as DATA CORRUPT in the load menu? I only keep 1 manual save file and it shows corrupted, and when it corrupts it disables auto save. I have to restart the game from a previous uncorrupted save to not get the corrupted save

Auto saved game is just gone. Took me back a few hours. Then there was no way of saving manually. Suddenly the manual saves showed up. This is some buggy ****.

How do you get a refund of this beta?
Couldn't post a case since the chat is not open and there is no alternative methods to start a case. But the page says to try alternative methods but there are no buttons.

Is this like a joke or something?

My save files were corrupted every 5-7 minutes on the Wrath of the Druids expansion on PS5, I wasn't be able to complete first main quests because of it. Today I tried to dismiss all my community Jomsvikings and change my main Jomsviking appearance to default. I was thinking that this will not help me and I was wrong. My saves are not corrupted now in the main quests and everything seems fine with it. I lost the whole week with this Data corrupt bug because of Jomsviking appearance. This is the most buggy AC I ever played.

Also I have that annoying "Bonus Content Unlocked" message every autosave and I was thinking that this is a root cause of the problem because I have about 200+ duplicates of one tattoo (Modranith set). Oh. and opal map is not working too on the new location.

I am on ps5 and my save data is now corrupted. I have tried closing and re-opening but nothing works. My 120 hour game is unplayable. Just like the other people here said it happened after using my Jomsviking
