Literally just can't play the game anymore

I'm at 79% progression but i have no more prompts for the next story missions and i have already completed all of the alliances on the map. plus i have completed the whole order tree not including the head of the order, it says that to get the next clue i need to continue the story missions which i can't do. i tried doing other missions while i am stuck but the only mission i have left is to get my settlement to level 6 and i have only one farm that needs a last upgrade to get my settlement to level 6, however i have completed all of the raids on the map so it is physically impossible to complete this missions. so i thought i would try finishing off the zealots, but for some reason every 10-15 seconds the zealots are healing to full health and there is nothing i can do to stop them from healing. ive tried everything but if i can't kill the zealot in like 3 hits he is impossible to kill. So I'm just a little frustrated at the moment as I am physically unable to play the game atm as there is nothing that I can do. Everything mission i can do is either impossible to start, impossible to finish, or overall physically impossible. I'm assuming these are just bugs but their bloody annoying as I've sunk 65 odd hours in the game and to not be able to play it at all now is incredibly irritating
