Ubisoft this is now over 2wks into the release of the game and there is no fix. This is absolutely ridiculous. Is the team actually working on this?

So I'm on the stench of treachery and ik who the traitor is but regardless of who i choose soma only kills birna even when I choose the traitor the outcome is always the same please help.

@ubi-spud Hi guys, I've been facing the same issue as others.no matter what I do, Soma would not kill Gallin she is stuck at lif.
Anyways, I've loaded an earlier save file and abandoned that mission for the moment. But it should've been rectified by now.
Please find some loophole or workaround soon. Coz I'm not going to continue my support with Ubi. If this doesn't get cleared up before Cyberpunk releases.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for your continued reports of this issue with Soma killing the incorrect person when selecting the traitor in "The Stench of Treachery". Our investigation into this issue continues at the moment, and I am pleased to say that the developers have managed to reproduce it on one occasion. They would still like to gather further videos of the issue and save files where the issue is active in order to be sure of the cause and nail down an effective fix, so if anyone is happy to provide a video or save file in a support case, we would be most grateful!
I have passed on the ideas expressed throughout the thread about the issue relating to a change of mind when speaking to Soma, as well as the sentiment that this is a progress-blocking quest that a swift fix would be much appreciated for. As soon as I have any further information to share relating to this issue, I will do so. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in the meantime.
To answer a couple of specific replies -
@wolf_942010 My colleague's reply advised that the developers were already aware of this issue at the time of your contact, not that they had just been informed; I apologise for any confusion caused. If possible for you to do so, and you would be happy to submit your save files as requested in the case, that would be much appreciated.
@OmgThermometer You've mentioned reloading an earlier save. Out of curiosity, if you start the quest again and work until the point of choosing the traitor, does it work successfully if you pick the "correct" traitor first time?Official Response -

I'll try to send my save file for review ASAp to help you guys out. Don't know how to do that but I'll find something out eventually.
Regarding loading to earlier save and redoing the mission, I didn't have a save file of before going on to this mission, instead, I loaded an hour earlier manual save and ended up with same results.
I couldn't share my save file. However, I submitted a video showing what's actually happening.

My game is also killing Birna instead of Galinn, not sure if it means anything between killing Lif and Birna but I'd really like to progress my story so please fix in the next patch or ASAP.

@OmgThermometer Thanks for submitting a case! I tried to view the video you provided via Google Drive however it does ask us to request access, as it doesn't appear to be a shared file. Could you possibly amend the permissions of the video so that we can view/download it?

Same issue here - I can´t follow the Story as I won´t accept the disadvantage. Quiet annoying.

But it seems it's not possible to open a new support case to send these files ?? -

I am having same problem on my PS5, Soma always kills birna. Loaded a previous save and even restarted my console and took the disc out and then put it back in but the problem persists no matter what, pls fix this issue ASAP! It's been almost a month now

What they should do is do it every other game is currently doing and has an update either every week or every two weeks
