Moved The boat doesn't extend sails

Hi guys, I have a problem on the island where England is supposed to be (the crazy man), it turns out that when I arrived the ship was stranded on a piece of rock and I can't extended the sails in any way. I haven't been able to advance from that place.

Just to confirm, have you tried 'reversing the boat? One step you could try is traveling away, and then back again and summoning the boat in a clear area.Official Response -
Thanks for answering.
I tried to move but I only managed to reverse with "X" (Follow Coast), however I could not extend the candle. What I did was restart the game because I couldn't get out of there in any way.
Another matter, when pressing "R" I can not hear the songs of the companions. -

Does the same thing happen with Stories as well as Songs? We'd certainly advise verifying your game files, to check for missing and corrupt files and replace. You can do this by clicking on the menu under the game icon on Ubisoft Support.Official Response
