Can't redeem way of the berserker DLC

So I've been having this problem for a while now. I go to the website to redeem the code, I type it in, I go to log in my account and then it says I do not meet the requirements to access this content. I'm sure it's the right account with the right password. A few weeks ago I was able to redeem things for watch dogs legion with no problems. Is anyone else having this problem? I've also tried to redeem it on multiple devices (laptop, phone and playstation) but they all give me the same problem.
