Ac Valhalla uninstalled and wants me to PURCHASE the game for a Second time

Hi, I am still waiting for a response regarding the matter of my Assassins Creed Valhalla uninstalling itself and asking/ demanding that I purchase the game for a 2nd (second) time, I have already tried to fix the issue to no avail.
I am extremely disappointed and angry that this issue hasn’t been resolved yet, as far as I am concerned at this point in time, if this issue cannot be fixed and resolved quickly and does not require me to purchase the game once again I will be very upset and most likely choose to skip playing this game entirely.
