Missing Quest In Sciropescire where I'm supposed to meet ivarr and coelbert in wesberie after emptying the mine/quarry and outpost they have, anyone else getting this or am I the one be shafted?

@eggythekid I had this same issue on PS4. I saved, closed the software, then opened it again and loaded. Once everything loaded back up the new quest popped.
