Cutscene not loading in free Fulke mission

I looked it up and when i open the the door in the basement a cutscene is supposed to play. However for some reason i don't get to see it and can just walk into the cell seing her standing still in there. I would like to know how i can get to see the cutscene because i can't progress with the story now.

@ubi-swaggins this is really annoying. After finishing the raid and got the key there is no cutscene after i unlocked Fulke’s cell and she just stays there. So I went to do other quests and raiding still no progress after I went back and check Fulke. Grrr... please help. Dont want to restart the game

@lovelynromero quest is still bug after the patch. my last manual save was 22H and im now 77H of game play. Im afraid if l go back im gonna lose interest on the game. Fulke is still not moving!

I don't believe this issue is related to 'chipping away' as I haven't completed that yet but the fulke cutscene isn't prompting for me either... literally unable to progress my game!

Unfortunately the issue is not solved with Patch 1.1.0 for me. Fulke is still not moving or responding when I open the cell door and there is now way to interact with her. If I run around St. Albanes starting a raid and killing some soldiers the game crashes after 5 to 10 minutes.

Yep, still having the same issue here. I’ve completed all areas now possible, all I have left are boring side quests.
How do you register this as a fault so it can hopefully be fixed soon? Can no longer play this game until this issue is fixed. -

i have the same issue, i've progressed to the point now where i can go no further with the game. Still no fix nor a response to these requests, ....
