Randomly every few seconds Eivor glows, the screen blurrs and it's accompanied by an intrusive sound (sound and visual indicator for being spotted in stealth)

Best explained that for no reason (and randomly) the sound indicator and visual indicator for when Eivor is spotted during stealth activates. this happens at any given time when not in stealth, sometimes even twice per 10 seconds, even just standing still on the top of a mountain Eivor will glow, the screen would blur and the relative sound will blast your ears. It is making it unplayable for me.

@bricktop42 Hi there! This can occur when you are spotted by wildlife as well - were there any beasts around you? If not, could you provide a video of this happening so we can investigate further?
