Moved Tab/ Quest Menu won't work

I can't access the quest menu, I'm on PC so it's tab to open it and it just doesn't work most of the time. Occasionally after a cut scene I can use it again, but most of the time I can't. I checked my keyboard and tested another one and it's all working fine, so it has to be the game. It's very annoying, I can't access my inventory, map, quests etc... please fix this.

Just to confirm, you should need to hold the Tab button to open the quest menu.
If that's not working for you, then the 'I' key should open your Inventory, the 'M' Key your map, and you can then swap to the quests from there.Official Response -

I am having the same issue. I recorded it off my phone to prove that pressing the "Open Quests" button does nothing.
