Locked Hel’s Well Mystery bugged [Location Spoilers][PS4]

I have an issue with the above mystery. It’s tried to start and the guy your supposed to fight stands up. But he then proceeds to just stand there. He has no health bar so can’t kill him even though my arrows will hit him and axe strikes will etc
ive tried fast travelling away. Leaving Asgard. Doing some some more quests. Force closing the game and re opening it but still the same. He’s just stood there.
is there anyway to force it to complete or to reset the mystery so I can complete it? -

@skissoret I have a similar bug where the game just continually kills me by these green things every time I try to enter.

While picking up this mystery I skipped some of the dialog. Now the guy stands there like he's ready to fight, but I can't damage him or speak to him again. Unable to progress mystery
Still not fixed after the update this morning -
Same. The guys just stands there with his axe and cant damage him at all. Until this is fixed cant get the platinum trophy.

This is still bugged. The guy just stands there and he wont fight back and you cant damage him thus this mystery cant be completed. This prevents getting the trophy to complete all locations.

Bugged for me as well. He just stands there and you cannot attack. This is the last mystery I have left to complete.

I’ve spoken to the man in Asgard chosen not to fight but he remains and the quest stays incomplete. It is the last one on my list to finish
I have left the world came back finished the story came back, nothing. -

Just a FYI I am playing on a PS5. Version of the game and this quest is bugged for me.

I found a fix that worked for me.
I just stood in the fire right next to him until I desynced. On reloading, he instantly attacked me.

I'm playing on PS5 and I have this bug as well. Tried the fire truck mentioned above, but it's not working for me. Any news on a fix?

@skissoret I've seen someone mention how they've fixed it on PS5, I tired it on PS4 and it worked aswell. What I did is, I stood in fire next to him until I've desyncronised and after I reloaded he attacked me immediately

The desync didn't work for my (PS4). By sheer chance I found something that did work.
SE of the dude, there's a few wolves. One of them is invincible.
Kill the ones you can and lead the invincible one back to the guy you're supposed to fight.
The invincible wolf will take the guy out.
Go back, revive the guy and the quest completes. -
@DarthSavior This kind of worked for me too, but I had to kite a bunch of Jotnar over to him. They eventually knock him out, then I killed them, revived him and he slunk off and the quest was completed.
