Does the stealth feel broken to anyone else?

I am getting noticed behind peoples backs and sometimes through walls. the cloak also doesn't see to work too well.

@lysunder absolutely. I spent a while noticing when NPCs would spot me, and often it would be when I was behind them or while they were sleeping.
It's obvious some NPCs just have broken stealth detection because these NPCs who see me when they shouldn't also instantly fill their detection meter. Somehow, detection cone and speed just isn't being applied properly. -

Yes! I have had similar issues cause I love sneaky gameplay but they notice me in the grass from miles away sometimes when I put my head up to take a shot or pull someone down. Im playing on easy and it was never like that in any of the other Assassin Creed games I played. -
the old stealth gameplay is still the same but the cloak stealth is a bit weird because If you run your getting much easier detected and like you said sometimes through walls and sometimes I can just walk to an enemy and they still dont see me
