AI glitch in Razing Earnningstone

In this quest after you set fire to the village buildings you are told to talk to the person (I forgot the name but you can see the objective in my video). You are unable to talk to the AI as you are directed. I found that you have to finish looting the one body from the highest level enemy who only has like 1 little thing of leather on him nothing important. I think an easy solution to this would be to give the player an objective to finish looting the whole area before speaking to the AI, or to loot that body (but again the body had nothing important so im not sure why I had to do this to fix the issue).
