Moved Graphics and Chain Assassination "bug"?

Hi, i have about 32h Playtime rn.
First Topic: A Friend needed to tell me cuz i didnt even noticed it at first but the fire graphics are so terrible. Im fine with most other graphics and the game looks atleast for me fine but the fire...it looks like Minecraft or some 15y old Game.
Second Topic: I dont know if im just wrong with it but sometimes the Chain Assassination DOESNT work. I spam press r but nothing happen and i get in fight ...duno why this worked easy in Odyssey but now it works 2/10 times.
