Locked Game not saving in offline mode (PC)

Hello!
my problem is when i play the game on PC in offline mode with cloud sync off and save my progress, i exit the game and booted it up again it only shows me "new game" option. Logically the game should save my progress locally on my system when in offline mode, when i checked my save folder is there but it seems the game cant detect or access it. Any hint? I just lost 15 hours long gameplay -
@LeMinerale15 Thank you for reporting this to us, we're sorry to hear that's been the case.
Please try having the Game run with Administration rights via the steps here.
We would also advise having that folder open, starting a new game and making a manual save, to see if it adds a file there and then deletes it when the game is closed.Official Response -

Have the same problem . Even manual save don't work , same with fast travël ( ps4)

Hi all,
These issues with Saving and Fast Traveling are something we are aware of occurring after 1.0.4 and is being looked into.
There are some fixes planned for an upcoming update, although we don't have exact timing on that at the moment.
