Just finished the glowecestrescire alliance arc and the cloak that was used for that arc story, is now permanently on my character even if I change cloaks the appearance is still the one used in that arcs quest line nothing I can do will change the appearance and now I’m stuck with that cloak on my character now

@lupuswolf65 Just go back to the tittle screen and back into the game

@lm0101998 already tried that still stuck with that quest cloak don’t know what else to do

@xbailey19 it straight up ruins the armor especially Thor's because going to be stuck with this piece of [censored] robe

Hi, I got the same bug, but I think I just fixed it.
Here's what I had done, wear another cloak and upgrade it in the blacksmith, and then it just suddenly fixed

Teleport to Ravensthorpe and remove disguise. Worked for me.

Same problem, tried restart the game, tried disquse myself, then i weared another cloack, upgraded him on blacksmith, disgused myself and finaly it was fixed...uff..

to bad, i cannot fix my missing eye (recived it from Havi quest and it transfered into Eivor)

@kjubaran It worked only for 5 minutes! the cloack is back. Srsly, why ubisoft offering me some nice items to buy for real cash, when i even cannot wear them?

Best bet would be to give up hope about this and drop the game until Ubi decides to fix it.

As you can see the main thread for this bug has ballooned to about 200+ comments and Ubisoft Support either gives stock responses or refuses to provide an update.

To fix cloak bug. Call your mount and mount it. Put your cloak hood up and it will fix it.

I think there's like one guy in Ubi working on this who has like great procrastination issue.

honestly i dont even mind, been wearing the same cloack now for 150 hours, and being to look differently without changing gear is a welcome feature

@lupuswolf65 Ruh-roh. I'm in the middle of that arc now. I don't like cloaks. I never wear them unless forced to by going incognito.

I hope it goes away for me.
