Mystery Quest BUG

I have problem in a mystery quest, it has to do with a lady inside of a building screaming for help, "ANGLO-SAXON WOMAN" and it is located at South Tonnastadir. I killed the guard and I did was she asked me to but the symbol still displayed in my map. I keep coming back to the same location to see if that helps but still the same. Its like I left the quest in the middle of it, but I cant complete it because there's not option to do so. For example I cant talk with her or even stand in front of the door to wait for the other guard because there's not "action button". I'm playing in a pc, I delete the game and re-install it to see if that helps but it didn't.
