Mhhh that's strange.
I also previously had an account (for Origins twitch pack) - still I could claim the 7 days free leading to the pack. Already had it on ingame, and unsubscribed. Maybe related to the amount of time passed since the last time you had a payed subscription? Hope someone else finds this usefull? -
