    Hi there.
On day one of release i tried to take a picture using photo mode, however when i tried to "upload" it i got an error message saying something about a connection error or something. i thought nothing of it but the fact that my picture was lost.
But the problem is that there's still a "my picture" icon on the map, but every time i go even near it with my cursor (i play with controller on pc) an error message pops up saying: "A problem occurred while trying to communicate with a Ubisoft online service. Please try again later. Visit http://support.ubisoft.com is the issue persists. [0xb0000000]". I've tried to delete the non-existent picture many times but the same error message pops up before i can confirm the deletion.
I have ofcourse tried to contact ubi support but since the pandemic they've limited it to live chat which is unavailable everytime i try to contact.

I hope someone kows a solution and i thank you for your time and help.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@trolletje123 I have the same problem, Had it in Odyssey also.

I've checked everything, my whole network etc, but nothing is blocked and network traffic isn't doing anything strange. Looks like a server side error.
I've talked to multiple people online that have the same error, can't figure out a common denominator that can cause this. But anyway, you are not alone.
