Reporting on Ledecestrescire bug [PC]

Good afternoon,
After I attempt to turn in the quest to Randvi after allying the Ragnar brothers, the quest gets accepted and then Randvi starts up another conversation and then the game glitches and she and Ceolwulf just disappear and then walk into the room- without me being able to speak to them
I'm, unable to fast travel or complete any other quests as if the game still thinks Randvi is still carrying the conversation that was meant to happen.
Anyone run into this/any fixes? Thanks! -
I have the same problem. The conversation suddenly cuts out and Randvi and Ceolwulf are just standing there and I can’t do move or do anything

I'm having the exact same issue on xBox One X, couldn't get around it. I had to turn the game off in the end as I can't get passed this bug.
