Game freezes and Xbox turns off

Third time it’s happened now. The game freezes and after 10 or so seconds my Xbox (Series X) turns off but the controller light stays on.
Anyone else having the same issue?
Game related or a faulty Xbox? -
Sounds like an overheating issue. Does it do that on any other games.
