PSN wont give me a refund because its been more than 14 days =/ this is like complete theft. I am so sick of this, I had this problem on Nov 11. The very next day and I patiently waited for a fix and this should of been a priority. This game is completely broken. I spent over 100 dollars on this game expecting it to be the greatest AC ever but instead I got a pile of horse [censored]. I do not understand the thought process here, why release a completely broken game? I am never buying a Ubisoft game again. They have completely let me down. This is the biggest gaming let down that I have personally have in my life. Worst Part is they are not really saying much about the situation and it leads me to believe I will just waste my time with this game. I am going to spread the word out and let everyone know how much garbage this game is. Absolutely insane how bad Ubisoft's response to this was. I am so upset regarding this. Sad part is ...you can not get a refund on the hours spent on this game thinking you would get a fix in a timely matter. My time is important to me and I feel like I have wasted a good chunk of it.

@wolfleader316 same. I got stuck on 11-11 as well, been waiting. The only response we got was: 'we need save files'. Nothing more... Feels like a big pile of ... indeed. Time is precious, especially since I have not got a lot of it... This game is just theft and indeed the biggest let down of my life.

This infuriates me so much that I created an account just to [censored] at Ubisoft. I can’t believe as many people have complained about this bug, not being able to speak to Ubba in the Sons of Ragnar mission, that you haven’t done anything to address it. I woke up this morning hoping 1.04 would fix it......but you failed miserably

Even I finished next other quest then take it again ,still can't talk with Ubba.

So I downloaded the patch, I’ve cleared my cache on my console, I’ve closed and reloaded the game and yet Ubba does not progress the quest. My objective still says to talk to him. I did that. I watched the cutscene with the kings dumb kid. I’ve still got a longboat parked on the road and a NECESSARY QUEST that can’t be completed. I do not have a previous save file that I can go back to because like many others I worked other quests and collected wealth and artifacts to pass the time until a patch was released. Now I’m outside of the realm of a refund, I’ve got just under 90 hours into a play through, and the only potentially viable solution is to start over and hope it doesn’t glitch out again. What did you actually fix? I want to see legit patch notes to see what missions were given higher priority than the main missions.

@petteflet88 this is why people who want the game asap should not be allowed to play any games and just let the devs have their extra time to work on the game and delay the release date
