after the cutscene where you untie and free the captives the screen go black and loads for a few mins and when it does finally load myself as the player the jarl and dag are all huddled in the middle of the room while being unable to move or do anything at all now i have tried verifying the files and clean install of Valhalla and a clean install of Ubisoft connect but noting works please help

I can't play the game after clearing a quest 'Unwelcome'. my character was stuck with sygurd and the other in one place. and can't use a map, syrin, inventory... anything. is this Open-beta service of full-price game? when can you guys support hot-fix?

During the Unwelcome quest, after I finished talking with Rowan and Yanli. The cutscene ended and the game is loading. After the game finished loading, and the control return to Eivor. I can only pan the camera around, press and holding tab to pull up quest screen, and put on the cloak, I can't move, pull out a torch, control raven, or open the map. I can still enter the pause menu using escape button, but the pause screen only show three functions like when you pause the game during the cutscene. They show 1.quit to desktop 2.quit to title menu 3. quit to option menu. The quest still showing the Unwelcome quest with out any objective. Sigurd, Dag, and Eivor stand beside each other but none of them can move. Only standing around do some random idle animation. I already tried to restart the game. When I load the game, the game start at the point before I walked into the long house and found Rowan and Yanli, then get into the cutscene again. The same problem still repeat. (Sry for my bad english).

1. ultra uption is not necessary. just changing video options is worked

in my case, i change the option middle to low quel.

Can't move after helping the people in long house in the unwelcome quest I can still hit the tab but I can't move can't open the world map or do any thing else

Doing unwelcome going into the longhouse after cinematic characters are stuck clustered to there and can not move character. Can move camera pauze it but map is not available. Reloaded last check point few times.

I am having the exact same issue, I haven't found a way to resolve it yet, tried reloading and verifying game files but nothing has worked.

I am also having this issue. Have any of you tried loading a save from the mission before? Going to try that I guess.

I have tried this 3 times and I can't get it to work. Do you restart when changing graphics or not? Tried both ways.
