Issues entering a building

Has anyone else had issues entering the Church at St Albanes Abbey, in Oxenfordscire? Everything I have found so far, between guides and videos, you break the glass and jump through the window.
Under no circumstance, will my character go through the window, I have broken both, tried to attack through both, jump, fall, restart the raid, restart the game, still I cannot go through the wide open window.
