Few bugs in my game! Fishing, Legendary hunt trophies, and stealth/evad animations. Xbox one x

Hello everyone,
I'm usually not one to report bugs but these are pestering me for some reason so I'd figured it was a good time to see if this is common.
First,
I have issues with fishing my fish swim on their sides as if dead and I have no capture animations not a big deal but breaks my immersion with this minigame.
Second,
None of my legendary trophies show up in my longhouse and this has happened still after a reinstall and revert to older save so far redone one hunt and it isnt in my long house.
Third,
Every now and again the found and evaded stealth animation randomly just happens in areas with no one around and it is a tad confusing but not to serious.
I know these arent such big deals but it seemed important to post here just cause its always good for devs to know issues and to see if any of you guys have had the same issues any help or similar bugs experinces are helpful just to let me know I'm not alone in this world lol.
