Crouch-bug on ps4.

I'm having a very annoying problem with crouching. Eivor won't crouch when i press the o-button. Crouching works maybe 3-5 %of the time, i once pressed over 50 times before she finally crouched! I have tried restarting the game, i switched to a different controller, i even started a whole new game and all it got me was losing my 8 hour progress. I can't bloody assassinate someone if i can't crouch! I'm playing on a ps4 pro.
