AC Valhalla - Zooming out on the map with mouse and keyboard is very janky and jittery

In this video, you can see that when I just zoom out, the map will snap to some other location that isn't at all close to my character or my cursor. Zooming in is also a bit jittery, and I suspect it's for the same reason. -
