Locked FPS drops after few minutes (or even seconds)

Hello, i just bought the game and ran it but i have a problem : when i launch the game, i run it on 35-45fps but i after a few minutes (sometimes seconds) i have a huge fps drop to 17-19 fps...
I played a few hours but it'm getting bored of this issue.

Is this a known issue ? And if it's known, will it be patched ? -
I'm running on High End PC and after an hour gameplay I have to restart game, because of heavy lagging, it is still playable, but it is unbearable.

@zangato1988 If only it was one hour ! I can't play more than 5 minutes, it becomes unplayable when it runs at 17 fps

@turlu2d Sorry to hear that you are dropping FPS.
The team are investigating cases of low FPS at this time. Do you have any background apps that are running that could be causing any issues?Official Response -

No i turned off every other app to be sure and looked on the task manager to see if there was an other app that could have been taking ressources. -
I also having this issue on my PC i7 7700k GTX1660 after 30min-1h of gaming.
From the start its 65-80 fps. But after 30 min or surfing on youtube its drop down 19-35 fps and then quick coming back to 65-115fps.
I turned off all backgroung app and ubisoft Shift+F2.

Update for everybody : I saw on an other post someone saying that turning off the audio recording on the windows game captures fixed his fps problem. I did it too and turned off the Xbox Game Bar and I don't have fps problems anymore.
Go to Windows settings --> Games --> Captures and turn off the audio recording, try to turn off Xbox game bar too.
Hope this will help some off you guys. -
@turlu2d I already all that turned off, no matter what after 40-50 min it will start micro stutter
