Hello, after playing for some time, the game starts to stutter randomly, but, when i restart it everything is back to normal. My pc is not thermal-throttling, temps are normal, nothing is changed. I have made a benchmark right when i started it, and then after 20 minutes when the stutter starts to appear, at the first benchmark, everything is normal, a dip here and there but nothing wierd, when i made the second benchmark, it's only stutters. When i restart the game, everything is normal, smooth 60 fps. After 20 mins, it's mostly 40 fps and stutters to like 5 fps. Proof: When i just started the game: https://prnt.sc/viqh6j: (https://prnt.sc/viqh6j) When the stutters appear: https://prnt.sc/viqhku: (https://prnt.sc/viqhku)

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

I'm having the same issue, but for me, the stutters start later on, like after an hour or so.

Same problem, i got brand new hardware, just upgraded my pc couple weeks ago, new windows, drivers, everything. Also i have EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra edition, my frames are 80-85 at 3440x1440. The game runs perfectly smoothly for about an hour, then it starts to stutter. Restarting fixes it, but another 40-50 min and same thing happens.

I have the same problem. Game runs really well, no stutters at all, then randomly anywhere from 1 to 2hours of playtime later, the game starts to stutter like crazy, and never stops no matter what i do, fast travel, re-load a save, etc... nothing fixes it until i restart the game, and it goes back to running normally.

At first i thought it happened when i did a raid, because the first two times it happened was during a raid, but today i had it happen during a regular quest so it's not related. Also thought it could be some memory leak, but ram usage is normal with a lot of free ram left.

    On a i7 8700k / 16gb ram / 2080 Ti / Game installed on a nvme ssd

Same exact situation here. Ultra settings except clouds very high and dof/motion blur turned off. 4k120hz w/ RTX 3080 50-70fps, about 70-80 w/ 1440p. 30-60 minutes of amazing butter smooth gameplay and then massive stutters. Raids seem to make it worse / cause it quicker but not all the time. Seems like fire might also be an issue.

Tried all the tricks like disabling full screen optimizations, changing priority through task manager, low-med-high-very high-ultra settings, 1440p vs 4k, 30fps lock (dont do this) but nothing works. just best to leave it near max settings and keep saving/restarting for now 😞
