Easy to find & reproduce
Issue:
when changing settings that require restart & settings that do not require a restart at the same time.
The ones that do not require a restart do not save.
This is is best reproduced with AA setting:- Change AA setting.
- Change DOF/Motion Blur
- asks for restart
- game restarts AA setting is not saved
what should happen
everything that is changed should be saved
What happens:
only settings that require a restart are saved
