Weird Repetitive Glitch

hey there, so I'm encountering a strange and annoying glitch, over and over. I was climbing up the Wycham ruin to get to the "highpoint", when all of the sudden Eivor started doing the glowing thing that I think happens when you hide? But maybe not, I'm not 100% sure what animation it is.
But basically she glows gold for a second and there's a high-pitched audio effect, then the screen shakes, and then some gold dust floats away. I tried my best to capture it, but managed to only get the fairy dust effect at the end, as seen in the screenshot. It should be enough to figure out what's going on through.
This literally is happening over and over again as I climb the ruin and run around on top, it's driving me insane.

I caught the main animation with my phone, as you can see in the screenshot.
1) the entire screen gets blurry
2) she glows
3) a high pitched gong-like sound effect plays
4) dust flies off of her
This is happening over and over again, I'd say once every 4-5 seconds no matter what I'm doing. Sometimes more frequently.

Yes I got the same glitch, drives me crazy. I believe it is the indicator sound and animation you will get if you are spotted while in stealth. for some reason it keeps repeating. restarted game, no luck. went back to older saved games, no luck. I cannot play like this.
