Textures popping in and out

After a couple of hours playing I noticed a pretty big issue with the game. Textures will pop in and out and there is also a problem with the lighting. Here some screenshots:
I have a 2080TI and a I9 and the game runs smoothly, but these texture issues are really ruining the experience. -

@duszek1981 The game is on a SSD. Fixed it by verifying the game files and restarting my pc. Then it was alright

Hi,
I'm facing same issue here but checking files doesn't change anything. I previously played without any issue with an old win10 install on M2 sata drive and game on a SSD drive, I installed a M2 nvme drive so I've a fresh win10 installation and the game is now located on this nvme drive so I guess it's not a matter of access time.
All drivers (graphic/chipset) are at the same version as previous install...
I'm gonna get back all game setting files from previous install to make sure this isn't something related to a "new" setting I'm using in game. If not, I'll redownload the game...
Is there any argument I could set to force shader re-calculation ? (to give a try)
