Quest bugged - Glory Regained

This quest is bugged for me, after the battle , I need to sound the horn , after I interact with it a small cinematic plays and then character is stuck, I can look around but none of the buttons work and I cannot move.

Found a fix, after you sound the horn, wait for the screen to go black and alt tab out of the game, wait for a few seconds and alt tab to game, you should be paused in a cinematic. Worked for me, enjoy !
