@jcar4327 Hey, there is also another quest that involves that character called the Baker's Plaint I believe.

@jcar4327 you are right, Bakers Plaint. Thanks. Unfortunately, the missions bugged he just gets stuck in the water. He gets on the boat to go to the market and as we leave he jumps off and goes to back to where he spawned in the water. Next time he spawns by me I'll go to the market and see if it triggers. LOL, either way he shouldn't follow you everywhere if you happen to pick up his mission.

Just to follow up, if anyone else has the issue with Bakers Plaint. The Baker NPC likes to randomly appear and follow you around, so I did the raid near the market and he appeared, I went to the market and completed the mission, he no longer follows. Basically just go to the market at wayfarers warf and ignore the cursor telling you to use the boat. Thanks again jcar4327 that was really annoying!

@Lumox2 Have you upgraded the bakery yet in Ravensthorpe. That guy has on blue and he has a man bun. He is involved in two quests; Baker's Plaint and Man of Mystery -

Hello everyone!
Title update 1.1.0 launches today (you can read the full patch notes here) and in it we have resolved an issue where Tarben would follow Eivor everywhere after starting his mission "The Baker's Plaint". If you download the update, apply it to your game, and then load your save game, you should find that he is no longer trailing after you everywhere!
If, after the update, you do notice this unusual behaviour continues, please provide us with a video of it occurring as well as an image of your software version so we can get this looked into! Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we looked into this. Enjoy the rest of Assassin's Creed Valhalla!

You are lucky, that did complete this quest. I have problem, that Tarben do nothing on the beginning. I should follow Tarben to bandit hideout, but he only stay next to bakery hut and nothing
I have PC version. -

Issue with Tarben was solved for me. I left this quest a moved to story quest line and side quests and after finishing Cent Story Ark, after

I saw my friend Tarben riding on horse around, so I call my horse and finally finished this quest. Don´t know what happend, maybe when I moved with story line?

@LedoveeeKladivo - Thanks for the update! I've just quickly edited your post to add in the spoiler warning correctly (but thank you for trying to do so). I'm glad to hear that you've been able to complete the quest, and thanks for sharing what you did prior to this. It's possible that moving the story along triggered Tarben to start moving, as I know the NPCs in the settlement will change their behaviour between arcs (either new lines, or move locations etc).
