I have begun playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla and have just beaten Rikiwulf. The next task is to free the prisoners, my crew, and I am able to rescue those who are in the cage but I cannot free the one who is tied up outside the cage. It prompts me to press "c" to free the prisoner but when I do that it makes the sound as if it is working, but resets immediately after and doesn't work. I have tried going to the main menu and rejoining, and I have tried creating an entirely new save file, each to no avail. 

I have been playing around in the DLC Dawn of ragnarok. To complete things i did not do when play the main part.
I noted after i activated third slot on the Hungr device, that is sometimes "lost" the third thing that was stored there and i had to "load" it again with a new power.
After i completed the upgrades and got a note that is was now fully upgraded i saw the third slot now gone from select screen as if it never was activated.
But all is well when i look at the device screen.
Also seen that my tourch has been missing the flame.

Re: [AC Valhalla start crashing](/topic/86138/ac-valhalla-start-crashing). Just curious if anyone else has had this issue, primarily with PS4 pro system. Have tried dealing with Ubisoft tech support and that is like talking to a brick wall. Issue is if I launch game and go to the animus store and make any purchases before continuing the game, the game crashes my system. Ultimately, in addition to uninstalling this game and reinstalling as well as disconnecting my external hard drive from my PS4, the only way I can get the game to work and not crash my system is to make whatever purchase I want from the animus store, exit the game and restart. Was hoping any players may have an idea what the problem might be because the IDIOTS at Ubisoft sure don’t.
