Game Freeze after first into cutscene Zoom to keyhole then freeze

I cant play the game at all. Cant start ZERO game time played. The game starts, I get the first cutscene where that lady tells us about how the world starrted. I can run the benchmark just fine. But in the cutscene ends and the camera zooms into the keyhole and the screen goes white and it just stops there. I get the save game icon but nothing. If i try to load back in it loads back into the same thing only its a black screen AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
