I recently collected all the tattoos in the open world and the Odin Emblem head tattoo bugged out i think. I got it four times while doing the artifacts. I also don't have other tattoo-s that I should have after doing every single flying paper schematic artifact. For example the Hjarta head tattoo piece.

@dorianursuul I have exactly the same issue. I wanted only the hjarta tattoo but also didn‘t get it although I collected all.
Hope they fix it. -
I am on PC and I am having the same issue with the Hjarta head tattoo not showing up.

I have a similar, but different problem. I know I successfully got the flying paper in Elmenham. Saw it in my inventory bag and fast traveled back to the settlement to apply it. But when I went to the tattoo shop, it wasn't there. Did not show up. But on the World Map, it shows an X for successfully grabbing it in Elmenham. The only "help" I got was to clear my Xbox cache and then uninstall the game. Power down my console and then redownload the game.

I am so sorry to see that many of you are not seeing the Hjarta head tattoo piece in-game. I have a couple of questions to help further this investigation. If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide your answers to the following:
- The original post was for PC. Are you playing on PC as well? If not, what platform are you playing on?
- With the Hjarta head tattoo missing, are you also seeing duplicates of the Odin Emblem head tattoo? As DorianUrsuul has shown.
- If this is still occurring, can you send your most recent manual save to the cloud?
Additionally, please try verifying your game files, if playing on PC.
