the game wont start

I will launch the game and get the starting load screen. The game will show the epilepsy warning. That's it. the game wont go past the epilepsy warning. I'm playing on a gaming laptop but I should have the processing power to run the game.

@ubi-spud HI I have a slightly different issue. My game can't proceed past the splash screen. i get a crash after 2 seconds. my specs are:
ryzen 1800x
32 GB ram
2080Ti
