Moved Can we get an update on known issues?

It's been more than 24hrs since we have any sort of update on game-breaking issues. I *still* can't even boot up my game without it crashing on the splash screen. Can I expect to be able to play this game this week? Or at all? I've tried every possible solution suggested here on the forums but the lack of communication from CS on this is really disappointing. Wasn't too upset on day 1 but now that we're nearing the end of day 3 with no patch it's quite discouraging.
