Overlay Crashing Game!!!!!

ok so i fixed the issuse by following this video :
but now the problem is the ubisoft ingame overlay that is bothering the gameplay since with it disabled the game works fine but i still need the overlay to see achievements, challenges and claim rewards once i earn the ucoins and use the bowser midgame. the other problem is that the texture or the items in the game are flickering and stuttering and being discoloured
so does anyone have a fix?
