Xbox Series X - mouse and keyboard doesn't work together

Hello, I play Xbox Series X, and since installing AC Valhalla, my mouse is not working or the keyboard is not working. If I put the keyboard in first, the keyboard works, but when I put the mouse in second, the mouse doesn't work. The same is the opposite, the mouse works because it was connected first, the keyboard does not work. Please help.

I have the exact same issue. Playing on Xbox Series X. Any help would be appreciated. -
Hi folks. Urgent Bug-Fix-Patch needed for XBOX Series X for AC Valhalla. Game in its Options has "Mouse and Keyboard" support .... but as Keyboard works MOUSE DOES NOT. Switching into Hybrid mode does not help at all. I've checked already Mouse+Keyboard in other XBOX Series X games: Gears 5, Minecraft, Fortnite works perfectly with this Combo from the get-go. But not AC Valhalla. It is a game Bug, not an equipment compatibility fault. Please give us RE about this case. Marek Tomaszewski (Poland)

Same for me, works fine in all other games. However in ACV only one device mouse or keyboard will work at a single time.

@guest-jfu2sbsf Jest rozwiązanie dopóki nie będzie jakiegoś FIX'a, ale musisz mieć Splitter USB i jakąś starą myszkę, np Microsoftu na kablu. Wchodzisz do gry, ustawiasz na Hybrid, odpinasz klaw i myszkę, wpinasz pierwsze klawiaturę, drugie staą myszkę, na spliterze zmieniasz strone i wracasz, działa jedno i drugie, teraz przełączasz tylko na swoją myszkę i nadal działa. Robię tak od kilku dni, działa za każdym razem.

Już po temacie (dla mnie bynajmniej). Zainwestowałem w niezbyt drogi, jednakże gaming'owy zestaw klaw+mysz MSI Vigor GK30 Combo. No i powiem tak... problem przestał istnieć. (wcześniej podłączałem 1szą z brzegu klawiaturę i mysz i kicha (bynajmniej w AC Valhala, bo Gears 5 i inne chodziły)). Teraz widzę że jest coś z tą kompatybilnością na lini: akcesoria>XBOX>gra.
The topic is closed (for me). I have bought not very expensive (but still) gaming keyboard + mouse MSI Vigor GK30 Combo. Well, let me put it this way ... the problem disappeared. (previously I connected 1st keyboard and mouse I grab and it sucks (at least in AC Valhala, because in Gears 5 and others it works)). Now I see that there is something with compatibility on the line: accessoris> XBOX>game. -

@xpertizz Try this it worked for me got to main menu have your M&K plugged in then restart your xbox series x than start it up.
