after choosing to keep the necklace she became un-interactable but the icon is still on my map and it did not fill up the "mystery bar" - i tried reloading and giving her the necklace instead, still didn't work, now i reloaded and i can't even seem to find her at all. each time i have found her she was in a random location near the dock not even where she was supposed to be.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello there!
As we have had no further reports of this issue persisting in-game following the release of TU 1.2.2, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any further trouble with "Last Flight of the Gyldan Sparrow," please don't hesitate to open up a new thread so we can take a closer look. When opening a new thread, please include as much information about the issue you're encountering as possible. Any images or videos that demonstrate the issue in-game are also helpful for further investigation.
Thanks!
i verified the game files, found her again, gave her the necklace and it still hasn't finished. going to reload a file where i still have the necklace so i can try again later. hopefully after some kind of fix.. would appreciate any help - i hate having the area uncomplete due to a bug.
The woman in Lunden no longer appears when finishing all quest in Lunden. Not even in day or night.
What do i do now ? where and to who i turn the quest item necklace to ?
Pictures
still not working. i've also tried the "teleport away and come back later to reset" fix (before and after giving her the necklace) neither worked. could i get any help? it's so frustrating having this area incompletable due to a bug. i always try to 100% an area before moving on and this is so annoying.
@chaosandcoffee If you’ve already done the mission with the compass then she moves behind the castle wall that’s behind the dock
Hi, I am unable to finish Last flight of the gyldan sparrow mystery in Lundon. I play the PS4 version.
First I fished out the message in the bottle and let the folks know. They told me about a necklace eaten by a cow, but I left them at that point and went on to do some other stuff, including Lundon's main quest. Now I got back to them - and they are gone. The unfinished quest marker is still there, but the pier is completely empty. I even fished out the necklace, but there is no one who would take it from me. Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks!
@theshwa10210 it's not that i can't find her, (i have done the compass quest) she spawns randomly along the docks for me now, i just have to run up the entire length of Luden riverside spamming Odin sight until i find her lol.
the issue is it just won't complete after i give her (or take for myself) the necklace. i give her my last dialogue, conversation ends, item vanishes from my inventory but map icon stays there and nothing else happens. no exp, map still says there's one more mystery, etc. i've tried doing it and teleporting/meditating, doing other quests and coming back, nothing has worked.
currently i've just loaded a save where i still have the necklace incase giving it to her while it's not working locks me out completely..
@chaosandcoffee We're sorry to hear that's been occurring for you.
To help us look into this, could you provide us with a video where you try to complete the Quest and this occurs?
This will help us to look into this, and pass it on to the AC team.
@ubi-baron
here you go. as you can see she doesn't even spawn in the correct location (she appears to wander anywhere around the dock area in Lunden, i've even found her up on the bridge, etc.)
the only thing i can guess as to why this is happening is that i didn't complete the quest immediately, though why that would break it entirely is beyond me. i found the bottle and the note, spoke to her, but hadn't unlocked the fishing rod at that point so left. i came back when i had it, fished it out, gave it to her and it just didn't end as you can see.
@ubi-baron
this doesn't appear to be isolated to just me, either, funnily enough even though i only upload random stuff like this to YT and don't have subscribers a couple people actually commented on the video saying they couldn't find her etc. i would assume they must of been searching the name and "bug" or some such and stumbled upon the video
hi @Ubi-Baron
sorry for another ping but i was just wondering if this is being looked at? i appreciate that it won't be fixed immediately but it would be nice to know if it's been seen/passed on at least, as i made the video as requested and it seems like there are issues with this quest occurring to a few different people
@kirby0610 Doing some digging online as I have the same issue, apparently she moves locations after you complete the quests in Lunden. The sites I've seen just says she moves up the docks and can be identified via a speech bubble. It also says you don't need to return it to complete the mystery but it is unclear as to how.
Unable to complete mystery in Lunden involving the lady at the docks (I think it's called don't fish a cow, man). After showing her the message in a bottle, I didn't try to fish up necklace right away and instead ended up finishing the story quests in Lunden first. Now that I have the necklace the lady is no where to be found. I read she has moved further down the docks for some people but I can't find her anywhere.
@chaosandcoffee Apologies for the delayed response.
I've passed this on to make them aware this can break and so they can look into this.
If you start the quest on the dock, the return later the "treasure of the Gyldan Sparrow" is left in inventory due to the NPC leaving area.
Unable to interact with woman on lunden docks to finish mystery with necklace
