Got scam of in game purchases

I just came to put a note of all of you gamers.
I bought a pack in-game purchases and came double and also discounted me double.
I contacted suport and said that cant be refunded.
Putting a method of buying with just one click, anyone can miss click, and now cant be refunfed?
This is an example of a scam and is very shamefull to see this of a high company.
MOds lock it if you want it but this is very frustating to see this on game that enjoy. -

What "scam"?
I bought 1050 helix credits, and had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Spent most of those credits and got exactly what I wanted.
Also, I've bought a lot of games and dlcs over several years. Not even a single time has there been any problems of any kind.
Clicking wrong payment option doesn't complete a transaction, you still have to confirm it. Pretty sure YOU did something wrong, not Ubi, and that doesn't make it a "scam".
