performance issue - 40fps on 2060Super at the lowest quality

Hi there, I love this game, but I'v seen a performance issue that frame lag in the game.
in figure 1, we can see that I used latest driver, but still low frame, even with the lowest quality (1080P)
comparing with rainbow 6, I use almost highest quality, it's 140 fps in average. (figure 2, 3)

I've tired everything I can do, like turn on/off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (windows10 2004 feature), and reinstall, update to latest driver. but still not work. the game fps is still 40 fps on average
it's seems that your game optimization is something bad. I hope it will be fixed soon cause I really love this game -
Latest drivers are 457.30, you have older, but still don't expect miracles, Valhalla is much more demanding game.
Rainbow Six came like 6 years ago? -

@ubi-swaggins I'm in the same boat. Getting around the same fps with a 2080tiand a Ryzen 7 3700x so it's not just case of the drivers
