Poor graphics on PC

Hi, I run the game on 3900x, 1070ti, 32RAM, 570X MB, FHD Screen and both my OS and Game sits on different SSDs.I haven't applied Geforce Experience settings and on the GeForce CP I only changed the settings to "Performance".
The settings are on HIGH but the game just looks... Poor... And very different from what I see on Youtube and other gameplay footage from the web.
The Textures looks bad and flat, everything seems blurry,,, AC: Oddacy looked amazing on the same machine.

What ssems to be the trouble?

I couldn't agree more with you the last to assassin's creed games were amazing. The graphics are poor on this game. I am playing on a PS4 on a very nice 4K TV. To say the least I am disappointed with the quality of this game -
