Grantebridgescire Hoard Map unable to complete

I found the Grantebridgescire Hoard Map and the location of the treasure, but there's nothing at the bottom of the well except for 3 iron nodes and a dead body I can't carry. Do I need a building for this? I'm completed the territory quests as well.

i can confirm that the 1.04 patch did NOT fix the problem for me for either the euriviscire or grantebridge maps, no loot...
