Key code the way of the berserker

Didn't receive my key code for the way of the berserker. Yesterday when I got my game delivered in the mail, I opened it immediately because I was hyped. At the same time I got an email from bol.com with my code which I had to fill in on the mentioned site. I did that and in the last step it said that i would get an email with the key code to fill in on the Playstation store. It's a day later and I still haven't received the code. Can you help me? P. S. I want to play the story mission so please fix the bugs asap. Greetings.
