I pick up a copy of AC:Valhalla my add-ons with my ultimate edition and I also purchased a bundle pack items showed up when 1st played it last night all items showed next day I started up my save file was no more so no biggie soon got on made it to we’re talk to gunner get axe sharpened and afte dialogue with him went to see my add-ons and now are all gone not add-ones came with game or one bundle pack I purchase as well not here

Having a similar issue. Spent $20 for some Helix credits and purchased a pack. It shows that I own the items, but they don't show up in my inventory to equip. How to fix this issue?

Hi, played 20+ hours on AC valhalla, purchased armour, weapons etc of the store. They all showed up in my inventory no problem, then I decided to start a new game, stupidly I deleted my previous saves. Now that I'm in this new game none of my store purchases are showing up in my inventory.

Has anyone found a resolution for this? I just bought credits and bought some crafting items and a map and silver but none of it shows in my inventory. I am playing on Amazon Luna so I am thinking maybe that is the problem and will load it up in ubisoft tomorrow and see if the problem persists. but if others are having the problem well before Amazon Luna was released. I dont think thats the problem

Hi, I have recently purchased items from the store in game. They are not showing up.
I have the ps receipts, the credits were bought and paid for and I redeemed the items. These have not appeared in my saved game. Please can you help resolve this issue??

Same issue. Bought items but they don't appear in game. Ubisoft Support didn't help me. They only ask me for a Screenshot with all items. But in the shop you can only see the single item. But they don't stop to ask for a Screenshots with all items. Really disappointing how bad this game and the Support is. Only bugs in the game.

Hi I'm facing the same issue. Spent about 50 hicks on the map,boosts,a gear set and a couple of weapons.

Only reason I bought this much was because of another payment error in first place where they doubled my purchase.. Now I can't even have the stuff I bought in error redeemed..

Can someone please just help? I bought these to get through the game over the Christmas break and now I doubt anyone's actually at the help centre helping during this time. This is all completely balls up on how this game was released

Having same issues with maps and weapons pack. None are showing up in the inventory after purchase. This should have been corrected before general release or at least by now, since it's been out over a month.

I think this is the last time Ubisoft gets any of my money. I've never had a game where I buy an addon from the Playstation store not show up like this. I've closed ACV at least ten times now and opened it back up so it can check for add on's and it doesn't find anything at all. So much for that purchase huh?

This is something that should have been taken care of before launch.

Same issues here. Big fan of the series and have played all of them but could not be more disappointed in Ubisoft and Valhalla. Might be time to move away from the series finally.
