Bugs I encountered and are ruining my experience.

For the few hours I've played I've come across a few bugs, but these have been the most troublesome.
Everytime I switch input from mouse to controller and vice versa, the game freezes and loses sound for a few seconds up to a minute.
Frequently the game dips the frames by a lot, during gameplay and cutcsenes, also affecting the sound, making it very laggy and ruining the experience completely. This problem was worse, but got better after I updated W10 to the October update, but still happens, just less frequently as before, but still very annoying.
When I use photo mode, when I upload the photo sometimes it gets stuck saving it, and when I press to go back, it freezes the game and sound for a few seconds.
I'm running the game on high with an i7-6700K, GTX 1070 8GB VRAM and 16GB RAM at 1080p.
